The room was clean and nice.

I was shocked by the unexpected $100 deposit upon check-in, especially with no prior notice. This deposit left me feeling uneasy, particularly when I learned it was due to previous guests causing issues. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was unhelpful, which only added to my frustration.

Appreciated the great-sized and brand-new room in good condition and the way it was setup.

I really enjoyed the convenience of being only a short walk away from Boonville Heritage Park with a lovely stroll, and the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History was just a quick drive, making it easy to explore the area .
